Meet Dr. Ekaterina In Boston

Dr. Ekaterina Mamulashvili (Dr. Eka) earned her doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and has been in practice since 2006. As the practice owner at Arch Street Dental (est. 2015), Dr. Eka and her team deliver quality-focused patient care while helping you achieve your dream smile. Her approach is always proactive, with both dental health and aesthetics in the forefront, so that every aspect of your smile has our attention and is well cared for in your personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Eka’s focus is also on education – for herself and her team – and regularly, all participate in accredited continuing education courses. Her extended education is broad and includes disciplines such as dental implants, esthetic and functional smile analysis, orthodontics with Invisalign® clear aligners – she is a Platinum provider – and Lumineer® veneers. It has always been Dr. Eka’s goal to continually pursue and advance her education, and she shares this passion with her hand-picked, skillful team. Originally from the Republic of Georgia, she moved to California to attend college. After college and another six years in California, she moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While there, Dr. Eka fell in love with New England. This love fit perfectly with our community’s need for dental care, and Arch Street Dental was born.

Prior to establishing Arch Street Dental, Dr. Eka had established three other dental practices in the Boston area and on the north shore. She sold these practices to focus on Arch Street Dental and to expand her time to pursue advanced training in leading dental technology and skills.

It's Dr. Eka’s goal that every visit you make to our practice is comfortable. We know that some of our patients may be anxious about dental visits, and that is why we’re highly trained to care for you in a compassionate, emphatic manner while providing top-quality services.

Meet Dr. Dario Gonzalez

Dr. Dario Gonzalez is a board-certified periodontist who earned his Doctor in Dental Medicine Honors degree at Boston University School of Dental Medicine. He continued his studies there, completing a post-doctoral program in Periodontics and achieving his Master of Science in Oral Biology. He remained there as a professor for seven years and was given the “Outstanding Achievement and Excellence in Patient and Practice Management” award in 2007. He specializes in periodontal surgery, including dental implants, bone grafting, extractions, gum grafts, treatment of periodontal (gum disease) conditions, laser surgery, and more.

Kaite

Dental Hygienist

Kaite's approach to working with patients is to inform and encourage. She also has a way of putting patients at ease when they arrive. The most rewarding part of her role is building long-term bonds with her patients. She feels like she’s part of their family, as she regularly receives updates on key life events. What attracted her to our practice is the calm environment, happy co-workers, and friendly patients.

Kaite’s role as a Registered Dental Hygienist is supported by her experienced background in dental assisting, which has expanded her knowledge of the care and service we provide to our patients. She has been with our team since 2015.

When not working at the practice, Kaite is a professional dog walker and sitter. She loves the pets she’s entrusted with and had a super-fun experience this past year … a TikTok video that she posted during the pandemic went viral! Ask her about it! Kaite grew up in Lowell and currently lives in the north end of Boston. She says she’s excited to try all the gnocchi!

Ritika

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ritika is all about connecting with patients to provide them comfortable care. In her role, she also educates them about their oral health and maintaining a long-lasting smile. She says she chose our practice because of the inclusive, team-oriented environment and diverse patient population.

When it comes to her studies, Ritika earned her undergraduate degree at the University of Connecticut before enrolling at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene (Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences).

Ritika likes cooking, singing, traveling, and playing with her mini golden doodle in her off time. She also volunteers at food parties and provides oral health education to kids.

Camila

Dental Assistant

As a certified dental assistant, Camila’s aim is to provide patients high-quality care and help Dr. Mamulashvili in every way possible. She loves building trust with patients, alleviating their anxiety, and helping restore smiles. She treats each patient like family and reminds them their smile can have a big impact in many ways.

In addition to her current education, Camila is working on obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Away from the practice, Camilla enjoys reading, exercising, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. During the pandemic, she cleaned out her closet and donated items to the Goodwill. Camila was born in Brazil and moved to Boston with her family. She loves the community and the opportunities she has come across.

Silvana

Practice Manager

As the face of our practice, Silvana is dedicated to making sure patients are comfortable from their first call to the time they finish their appointment. It brings her great joy to meet people and witness the power of a beautiful smile. Her motto is that a healthy smile will change how you feel about yourself.

Silvana has worked with Dr. Mamulashvili since 2006 and has been part of the Arch Street Dental team for more than five years.

In her spare time, Silvana likes cooking, drinking wine, painting, and hosting get-togethers. Silvana was born in Brazil but raised in Somerville. She has lived in Boston since 2020 and says she loves everything about living downtown. She looks forward to her future with Arch Street Dental and continuing to help fulfill patients’ smile dreams.
