Meet Dr. Ekaterina In Boston

Dr. Ekaterina Mamulashvili (Dr. Eka) earned her doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and has been in practice since 2006. As the practice owner at Arch Street Dental (est. 2015), Dr. Eka and her team deliver quality-focused patient care while helping you achieve your dream smile. Her approach is always proactive, with both dental health and aesthetics in the forefront, so that every aspect of your smile has our attention and is well cared for in your personalized treatment plan.

Dr. Eka’s focus is also on education – for herself and her team – and regularly, all participate in accredited continuing education courses. Her extended education is broad and includes disciplines such as dental implants, esthetic and functional smile analysis, orthodontics with Invisalign® clear aligners – she is a Platinum provider – and Lumineer® veneers. It has always been Dr. Eka’s goal to continually pursue and advance her education, and she shares this passion with her hand-picked, skillful team. Originally from the Republic of Georgia, she moved to California to attend college. After college and another six years in California, she moved to Boston to attend Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. While there, Dr. Eka fell in love with New England. This love fit perfectly with our community’s need for dental care, and Arch Street Dental was born.

Prior to establishing Arch Street Dental, Dr. Eka had established three other dental practices in the Boston area and on the north shore. She sold these practices to focus on Arch Street Dental and to expand her time to pursue advanced training in leading dental technology and skills.

It's Dr. Eka’s goal that every visit you make to our practice is comfortable. We know that some of our patients may be anxious about dental visits, and that is why we’re highly trained to care for you in a compassionate, emphatic manner while providing top-quality services.

Meet Dr. Isaac Kim

A highly trained specialist in the field of dental implants and periodontics, Dr. Isaac Kim is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

Dr. Kim was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Pacific Union College. He then graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, receiving his doctorate (DMD). Dr. Kim went on to complete an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency (AEGD) in the US Navy before returning to achieve his certificate in Periodontics at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine.

Meet Dr. Azadeh Nemat-Rad

Dr. Azadeh Nemati-Rad (Dr. Rad), DMD, is a board-certified general dentist who received her Bachelor's in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University after completing the accelerated track advanced program at the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, where she earned her doctorate. She then completed a general practice residency at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, focusing on special needs patients and complex treatment planning

Silvana

Practice Manager

Having worked with Dr. Mamulashvili since 2006, Silvana has been part of the Arch Street Dental team for many years. As the face of our practice, Silvana is dedicated to ensuring patients are comfortable from their first call to the time they finish every appointment. It brings her great joy to meet people and witness the power of a beautiful smile. Her motto is that a healthy smile can change how you feel about yourself, and whatever your oral health needs and goals, she looks forward to helping you achieve your smile dreams!

In her spare time, Silvana enjoys cooking, drinking wine, painting, and hosting get-togethers. She has lived in Boston since 2020 and loves everything about being downtown.

Vania

Dental Hygienist

A valuable part of our team since 2023, Vania has a bachelor’s degree in biology and biochemistry. She devotes herself to helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health for life and is passionate about helping them understand the strong connections between oral and overall health. She loves hearing patients say they’ve learned something new during their visit!

When she isn’t caring for smiles, Vania loves spending time with her bossy dog, London, enjoying a wide array of hobbies, and exploring and experiencing our amazing community. It’s her dream to one day find her ancestors by exploring Africa for a year!

Kai

Patient Coordinator

Focused on providing warm, welcoming, and patient-centered care, Kaijiana (Kai) has been an important part of our team since 2024. She has a science and communications degree and devotes herself to supporting patients in any way she can to ensure they achieve successful smile outcomes. Kai lives by the mantra that we are all worth investing in and loves connecting with patients and learning more about their lives.

In her free time, Kai enjoys, traveling, attending concerts, and trying new experiences. A native of Brooklyn, NY, and New England, she loves living in Boston and finds it to be a lovely and quaint city!

Emely

Dental Assistant

A valued part of our team since 2023, Emely is passionate about facial esthetics and helping patients restore their smiles by enhancing natural balance and harmony. She finds joy in helping others feel at ease and loves seeing their confidence grow with every visit. Her mission is to treat every patient with empathy, respect, and loyalty.
While away from the office, Emely enjoys exploring the city and staying connected to her roots, especially her family and dog, Lola, back home. Born in Boston and raised in Santa Catarina, Brazil, Emely returned to the U.S. about three years ago!

Hannah

Dental Assistant

Dedicated to providing compassionate support and gentle care, Hannah has been part of our team since 2024. Originally trained as a dentist in Brazil, she is now focused on assisting our devoted doctors at Arch Street Dental and earning every patient's trust, while boosting confidence by strengthening smiles. Hannah believes a healthy and beautiful smile is the best gift you can give someone.
Outside the office, Hannah loves working out, staying active, and spending time with her husband, Diego. Originally from Espírito Santo, Brazil, she chose Boston as the perfect place for a fresh start and has loved the opportunity to progress her career here!
